Dolphin Plans

This one is a bit more complicated to make but really worth the effort, a guaranteed conversation piece! He really goes good with the shark. I guess about 2 hours each to make. I use maple but you could use other wood, The tools I use are a bandsaw with a 1/8" blade (easier than a scroll saw) and a 4 inch X 36 inch stationary belt sander. Again yes, a drill press helps too.

These four are ready for the puzzle cuts. Yes, there is a difference between a porpoise and a dolphin, the dolphin is the good looking one. He makes a great gift.

When you finish making him you'll know you have a winner.

I may have overdone it with these plans, one sheet of instructions, one with the plans, and two pages of photos, various stages of construction. Any problems at all, email me & I'll be glad to help. Be sure to check out my how to do it Clamp Assistant
