The Cobra Plans

A bit tougher to make, Pretty hard puzzle

whole bunch of cobras

Here are a bunch of maple cobras, I got started making them and was having so much fun, just didn't want to quit!

cobra snake not finished

As you can see, this one isn't quite done, no cape and not sprayed with clear spray. I would seriously advise you to make a couple of regular snakes before you tackle this one, it's a bit tougher to make, lot's of fun though. And that's really what woodwork is all about, right?

the cobra and the pussy cat

There's the pussy cat, defending his nap space. Actually he's pretty tough, not going to take any duff off a wooden snake!

These plans run $10.00 postage paid in the USA. It is a bit harder to construct than my other puzzles, involves no carving, only sanding. I use a 4 inch X 36 inch sander and a dremel rotary tool. Also a drill press and a bandsaw with a 1/8 inch blade, I think a scrollsaw would work too. Be sure to check out my Tips and hints page, couple of good ones there.

These make great gifts and toys, kids and grownups love them. If you'd rather buy one already made, just click here.

If you'd rather, you can just send a check or money order,
